Take the I-278 E ramp towards Verrazano Narrows Bridge/Brookland, Merge onto POW MIA Memorial Highway

Take the exit - exit number 26A - on the left towards Battery Tunnel/Manhattan
Merge onto Gowanus Expressway
Gowanus Expressway becomes Brookland Battery Tunnel
Take South Street
South Street becomes FDR Drive N
Take the 61 Street exit on the left towards Queensboro Bridge/Roosevelt Island
Stay straight to go onto E 61st Street
Turn Left onto 2nd Avenue
Turn Right onto E 47th Street, just pass fifth avenue, near the corner on the left.
Take elevator to second floor.

LIE West to Midtown Tunnel.
When coming out of tunnel stay on lane that says crosstown.

Continue on 37th Street and make a right on third Avenue.
